Dave says that we should name this blog "Jackson" since that is all I blog about. However, although Jackson is the center of my life currently, Dave and I have alot going on too. This blog is dedicated to the happenings in the lives of the "others" in our family besides Jackson. Despite the fact that we both started school, I feel like we are doing totally opposite things in our lives. But opposites attract, right?
Dave: Full-time BYU student
Jamie: Part- time PE teacher
Dave: Studies and Reads
Jamie: Cleans and Cooks
Dave: Changes classes and books
Jamie: Changes diapers and clothes
Dave: Mentally exhausted by the end of the day
Jamie: Physically exhausted by 2:30 when school gets out after teaching PE
Dave: Studies with 4 other guys in the same room
Jamie: Walks to the park with anyone else who has a baby
Dave: Volleyball intramurals
Jamie: Flag Football intramurals
Dave: Teaches Sunday School to 16 and 17 year olds
Jamie: Leads singing to 3-7 year olds in Primary
We are both meeting many new people through the MBA program. I love being involved in the spouses association. They have so many activities, I wish I could participate in them all. We are excited that Dave is in the program. He is planning on emphasising marketing. He studies hard and is a great dad to boot! He is already looking for and applying for internships for the summer. Wish us luck!
