"S"uch a fun time!

Dave and I had the opportunity to have a quick weekend get-a-way to Zermatts in Midway. We thoroughly enjoyed having some couple time. We are lucky to have family that is so willing to watch Jackson. Everything we participated in started with an "S" . . . So here goes . . .

Swimming

Steam room

Sauna (sorry no pics, they were too sultry . . .)

Shuffleboard (ok, so we didn't actually play, but we played last time we came in December!)

Showtime (We watched "Fireproof" which is an excellent movie promoting Christian morals, who couldn't use more of that in the media? Highly recommended especially for married couples!)

SLEEPING IN- I woke up at 8:45- besides the internal alarm that went off at 7 am, which I promptly put on snooze for 2 more hours!

Stuffing our faces at Matty's Bistro (If we look a bit distant here is it NOT because we were having a disagreement, but rather that we were not actually in this photo together and it is two images spliced into one . . . isn't Dave amazing!)

Shoes (the Horse type) Jamie won! Isn't the background gorgeous! It is real, too!Stick swinging (commonly known as mini-golf). This was interesting because I've never mini golfed with anyone who was actually GOOD at mini golf (I know, we've been married 2 1/2 years and we have never mini-golfed together!) The first two holes I got 6+ swings, until I realized Dave was serious about getting under "par" which he set at 3 swings. I am proud to announce my final score after 18 holes of +15. Dave got zero. Seriously, who takes mini-golf so seriously?!? GREAT JOB HONEY!
Did I mention we bought a new
Sonata?

We need two cars for the summer and we decided to go for a newer car with a warranty rather than hassle with an older car. It has been so nice so far!
