My 29th birthday seems like a good day to show you what I've been working on since my back problems worsened back in February. I'll admit I don't work out as often and am not getting the same satisfaction, but I am finding things I at least enjoy and don't dread. Here is my scrapbook page to show how I've changed my self.
Mother of TWO: Yep, I'm due 1-11-11 and am currently 11 weeks along! I love my due date and hope I don't go any earlier than the 1st of January. So far I have been SO lucky to feel good and somewhat energetic.Yogini: Ok, So I've only done Yoga a few times, but my goal is to do it more.
Wife of an MBA: I didn't do much for this, but Dave graduated so I get a new status!
CT member: I was creating Scrapbooking layouts for 4 different designer and have enjoyed the creative outlet I've found in digital scrapping.
Swimmer: I've been swimming about 3 times a week. I started out doing 250 meters for my entire workout. I am now able to swim a mile without stopping and have work outs as long as 2,000 meters. I finally feel like I can at least breathe a little. Now I just want to get the MP3 player that you can listen to underwater. I am excited to be able to continue swimming through my pregnancy and am so glad I've learned to like it since it is such a great workout.
My back has been feeling good, I even tried running the other day without any pain. I really miss races this time of year and hope to start running again after baby #2.
