This Friday I am running a 10K race with about 50 of my relatives. It is a pretty amazing tradition in honor of my cousin Grant who died 10 years ago on July 24th. We got a write up in the Deseret News that brought tears to my eyes about the boy we are running to remember. Wow what an awesome experience for your family to run together in honor of Grant. Those two articles brought tears to my eyes. I can't even imagine how hard that had to be for your family. I am so thankful we have the gospel to help us!
That is really neat, Jamie. I loved the Ensign article, Grant's parents are so strong and so positive. I just can't imagine! What a beautiful boy he is, the most beautiful eyes!
I am always amazed by the positive things that come from such hardships. Is the run in Orem? I wish you ALL the best, and hope that your family can find peace and happiness on Friday.
By the way, I cant find your evite but I wanted to let you know that I won't be in town on Monday for your birthday party but give Jackson a big kiss for me!
